An old Southern apple originating in Habersham Co., Georgia around 1855. Once believed to be extinct, but recently re-discovered. A medium to large apple with light green skin covered with gray dots. Yellowish-white flesh is tender and juicy with a very pleasant flavor. Considered to be a high quality dessert apple. Ripens September to October.
