Doctor Matthews

Originated in Tennessee and credited to Dr. W.F. Matthews. An absolutely wonderful dessert apple, rich and sweet in flavor. Described in a letter from 1917 as an apple that “melts in the mouth like candy.” A large, roundish conical apple having yellow skin overlaid with red striping. Sweet with white, tender flesh. Ripens in August. Fair keeper.

I would like to order 2 Dr. Mathews apple trees. Do you still graft them and sell them? I know they have to be ordered by March and I didn’t want to forget to order in a timely manner. Thank you
